Pear, Feta, Red Pepper Salad with Lemon Ice Cube

This salad is my own invention - at least as much as I haven't seen a recipe for it anywhere. It's oh so simple to make but surprisingly delicious. My party trick here is to add an ice cube of lemon juice and leave it to melt a bit before tucking into it. Keeps the salad fresh and cold.
